National Numeracy Day

National Numeracy Day took place this year on Wednesday 17th May 2023. To celebrate the day, Key stage 3 pupils at Mary Astell Academy took part in a number challenge based around the New York Times' newest game release ‘Digits’. Pupils were given a series of puzzles where they were required to apply their addition, subtraction, multiplication and division skills to reach a target number.
